We run a community furniture project which aims to relieve poverty in our local community of Macclesfield. We collect donations locally, free of charge and provide furniture for the East Cheshire furniture Assistance packages. We also sell furniture at a low cost to people who are struggling financially. We hire a van from our local agent twice a week and deliver furniture to those in need.
We are reliant on donations and fundraise for money to help provide necessities for those who are street homeless in Macclesfield too. We have been able to put up several people and couples in temporary accommodation to get them off the street. We also provide food, clothes, 121 support and internet access at venues across the community to help people who are socially isolated.
All funds raised will go into our community project.
