Story
Pulmonary Aterial Hypertension is a terminal illness that effects the heart and lungs which means a lot of people are not able to breath as easy as normal. Unfortunately this dreadful illness doesn't have a cure and is not common by a lot of the world but this is why I started the page!
My mum suffers with this illness and there are not many options for her as there is not enough support, so please if you can, please donate to this page, because a little can go such a long way! Trust me
