We would love to raise funds to help towards new equipment that will be used by the amazing district nurses in Winsford. They provided unparalleled care and support to a wonderful lady and helped fulfil her wishes to remain at home. This made such a positive difference to her family. The district nurses do fantastic work, often in difficult circumstances and we would like to recognise them for the heroes they are and also ensure other families get the same support.
