Hi guys we are trying to raise as much as we can to help out Paul and Jess while baby Connor is recovering from his liver transplant,naturally Paul and jess will be at connors bedside but unfortunately there will still be bills to pay back home plus the added expense of travelling to and from Birmingham. Every little helps x
