Story
We are all taking part in the St Davids Mud Run on 10th December 2016. We are running for the DPJ Foundation to raise much needed funds to continue support within the rural community for men with mental health problems.
Monies raised will go towards setting up a counselling service for rural Pembrokeshire as well as to support those with mental health problems in Pembrokeshire.
None of us are athletes... it is going to cold, wet and muddy but together we are taking on 8km of Pembrokeshire Countryside to raise money for a cause which is so close to all of our hearts.
