On Tuesday 27th December we was instructed on behalf of the insurance company to collect this Austin Metro from off Chamberlain Road in Hull, where the evening before some lowlife scumbag decided they would set it on fire.
I found out that the owner was in hospital and had no idea, the man is called Dennis Baker who is 85 years young and this car was his late wife's car and has been in the family for 32 years!.
I was so disgusted i decided to put it on social media to bring attention to this in the hope of catching whoever is responsible.
Then Christopher Bergin of Driffield suggested we start a just giving page.
I then posted this and the response to this has been overwhelming, so the aim is to raise between £500 and £1000 to help purchase another car and also have the registration plates changed to his new car.

So please help by giving whatever you can a penny or a pound every little helps and if we raise loads then any extra will go to a charity of Mr Bakers choice
