Story
Donna, 39 from North Wales was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011. The mother of 2 young boys has been told her condition is incurable. She was hoping to undergo a liver operation next month but has been refused the go ahead. There are 2 treatments left for her to try , first being the SIRT treatment - Selective Internal Radiation Therapy is a treatment for liver cancers or tumors that delivers millions of tiny radioactive micro-spheres or beads called SIR-Spheres® directly to the liver tumors. The second is a possible medical treatment in Germany. This should help prolong her life and the time she has with her family and friends.
