The guys and gals here from the Drylining Forum decided we needed to do something to help the victims of the Manchester Terror Attack....

We decided to pass on the money we raise to Victim support.

Victim support is already offering immediate advice and support following the Manchester Terrorist Attack, and has it’s supportline open 24 hours giving as much help and advice as possible to the victims & witnesses.

Witnesses and the wider public who survive an attack and suffer psychological or less serious physical injuries often fall through gaps in the system.

Victim Support are still there no matter how far down the line support is needed.

Victim Support has a network of support systems available to people both now and in the long term and any money raised will go towards providing specialist care for those who need it.

Victim support workers are often the last supporters to leave and their door is always open no matter how far down the line you need them.

As a society we are fantastic at helping in the immediate aftermath of tragedy but also good at forgetting and moving on, and yes, Victim Support will stand with victims & witnesses to help them, months and years after they first needed help, support and guidance.
