    Story

Feline Friends London is a strictly 'no-kill' cat rescue organisation and one of the very few that helps cats right across London. We aim to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome every cat in need we are asked to help. This includes cats with chronic conditions, elderly and disabled cats and FIV positive cats. This means our vet fees are high. We can only continue our work, helping stray, abandoned and unwanted cats, with adequate funds. Our rehoming potential is high, since we come up in the top 5 of cat rescues and charities in the UK for cat adoption on Google searches. The main difference between us and many other rescues and charities is that every penny donated to us is spent entirely on the cats in our care. We are entirely volunteer led by a group of experienced cat rescuers and veterinary professionals and pay for all the admin costs ourselves. Cats are wonderful animals. They are the single most popular subject for internet searches worldwide but they are also the animal most in need, with an estimated 2 million homeless cats across the UK, a quarter million of these being in London. We care about them passionately. Please help us to continue to help them.

Thank you so much to Philippa, Ryoko, Graeme & Eleanor. We really appreciate your generosity. We're bringing cats into foster care each week, some of whom have ongoing medical needs, like Zorro, a young cat who has a heart condition and needs 2 types of medication daily. On Saturday we rescued a tabby mum cat and her 3 kittens born the same day, sadly one kitten was weaker than the others and passed away today, we're going to be taking in a 21 year old cat in the next few days and are trying to find help for 30 cats from a single household.

We adopted a cat from you about a year ago, very happy to support your great work! We've just moved to a place with a garden and our lovely former indoor only cat is loving exploring the outside!
