Hi everybody, Annie Honeybourne and I (Georgie Spinks) are taking part in the 5k colour run on the 3rd June 2017.
We have decided to donate the funds that we raise to both Silsoe VC lower school and to Silsoe Preschool.

Both Annie and I have children in Reception classes of the Lower school and have also been members of the pre-school. We wanted to recognise the wonderful work that all staff members of both settings do in providing the children with a engaging and stimulating learning environment. So hopefully our fundraising donations will help support them in doing this.

Silsoe lower school PTA are currently fundraising for a Amplification System for the school hall and Silsoe Pre-School ( a registered charity) are raising funds for replacement bikes for their outside play.
As you are all aware both schools have moved into wonderful new buildings however all funding for them does not include outside equipment and additional equipment and it toys should they require them, this is another reason why we wanted to help raise additional funds to help them with this.

We have decided to split our fundraising target equally between the two settings so we can hopefully help contribute to both purchases.
