    Story

    HECTOR

Lovely Hector is a Shar-pei who came to us from death-row in the pounds. He has not had a great start in life and was quite badly treated. He is very timid and will need a home with no small children and lots & lots of TLC. He is about 5 years old.

Hector desperately needs an operation to lift the skin fold over his eyes, otherwise he will go blind. We really need your kind donations to be able to do this. Please dig deep and help this little lad get the care he needs. The vet's have told us the minimum cost of his op will be £1500 and the maximum £3000 so every penny really will help.

Thank you from all of us at Halfway Home

As we have reached our target, any money donated over and above Hector's operation will of course be going to Halfway Home to help all of our other dogs that we rescue from death row in the pounds. Our vets bills reach over £40,000 a year so every little helps. If you specifically wanted your donation to go to Hector then any donations we receive over and above the cost of the op will of course be refunded. Please email the rescue as we do not have access to contact details on here. You are all amazing. Thank you so much. hwhdonate@gmail.com
