Story
Awesome Laila is 7 and was diagnosed with leukaemia in November 2015. Her daily chemotherapy will now be ongoing until March 2018. On this long journey she has endured a number of medical procedures and treatment that have caused hair loss, pain, affected her mobility and make her feel unwell. Her confidence has been knocked and she has become very anxious doing things that she used to find enjoyable.
Laila loves animals and was recently on a horse for the first time in a year after her diagnosis. The time with the pony gave her the biggest smile and glimmer of confidence.
Laila's friends are fundraising to give Laila more opportunities to spend time away together with her family making memories that will help her look on the brighter side of life again.
