Weʼve raised £120 to enable Hungry Caterpillars to continue to offer a fantastic group that's good value for money. Hire costs and the price of food are rising!

Story
Hungry Caterpillars is a not for profit community organisation run by volunteers meaning any surplus we get once all overheads are paid will be ploughed back in to Hungry Caterpillars and St Hugh's church to buy more cooking equipment, resources, toys etc.
We would love to buy some new toys & resources or hire a bouncy castle once per term.
Hungry Caterpillars is an exciting community group for parents/carers and their children between 1-5 years old. We create healthy & nutritious foods to take home and enjoy.
I want to give children the opportunity to learn about food & nutrition in an educational & fun way. I believe learning some basic cooking skills can promote independence and helps to set firm foundations for smart eating habits.
The satisfaction of seeing a finished dish will do wonders for their self-esteem!
They won’t even realise they are polishing their numeracy & literacy skills with the counting, measuring and recipe reading!
Hungry Caterpillars is held at St Hughs church, Leagrave High Street, LU4 0ND
Friday's 9:30am during Term time.
