Jakub will be remembered as a good and very positive person to many of us. A son. A brother. An uncle. A friend. His passion for his family was clear to see by all.

His glioblastoma was diagnosed just last year and he passed away as 22 years old.

We are all in shock and disbelief. We stand united as one community with his family and mourn the loss of his earthly presence.

As you all know, Jakub lived his life for his family and his big dreams. This sudden loss has left the family in great need at this time.This memorial fund is going directly to his family to help pay for th funeral costs and other financial challenges the family may face.
