Story
Hi, I am the secretary of Kintore United Football Club, Midmill, Kintore, Aberdeenshire. we provide football facilities to almost 200 boys and girls aged between 5 years and 17 years.
We have recently had our clubs lawnmower stolen, which has been taken from our pitch at Midmill in Kintore ( beside the CM MacDonald Suzuki garage in Kintore).
As a football club we pride ourselves as being for the community and ensure our membership fees are the lowest in the area and we use community fundraising to raise the necessary finances to run the club.
In 2015 the club purchased a second hand John Deere LT155 lawnmower. This money had been raised by organising a football festival that year. The mower had been kept secure at our Midmill pitch and was last seen to be in order on Saturday 21 January and was found to be stolen on Sunday 12 February. As you can imagine Kintore is a small close knit community and enjoys low crime, which makes this recent theft even more upsetting as we as a club clearly need to review the security of all our equipment which we have done and at additional costs to us. I wanted to appeal to the North East community to assist in tracing our lawn mower and highlight the crime for awareness. As a club we clearly need a lawnmower to care for our football pitch and our aim is to start a fundraising campaign to purchase a new mower and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Not a lot, but if everyone just gave a little you'd soon reach your target. Good Luck.
