Hi im aisha im from the philippines , im knocking on your hearts to please help me so we could operate my niece cleft lip and palate ,,, shes 8 months old, i wished before her birthday she would be operated on her lips so we could see her smile ,,, her parents are illiterate ,her father my cousin has epilipsy, we cannot afford operation here 😔 lip operation cost around 35 thousand pesos, and the gums operation will cost 50 thousand pesos,, (1,400 in English money)
