Weʼve raised £2,010 to Fund raising to support Bill Mccombe to help with disability adaptions to home

    Cannock Chase District, United Kingdom
Funded on Sunday, 12th March 2017

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

My dad Bill was diagnosed 4 1/2 years ago with motor neurons disease an awful terminal illness which eventually leads to every muscle in the body wasting away and eventually not being able to walk talk eat and eventually breath.
He's took the last 4 1/2 years in his stride and tried to lead as full a life as possible.
Unfortunately on Tues 17th Jan 2017 Bill was rushed into hospital with 2 blood clots one either side of his brain, probably due to several falls he had and bumping his head , without surgery he would have died , Bill is recovering well mentally but we've now been given the devasting news his eyesight will probably never return and he is blind.
As you can imagine were devastated and desperately need to raise funds to help get all the necessary adaptions made to his house for when he finally returns home.
Due to owning there own home home and receiving next to no benefits my parents have to fund most work there self's
the MNDA are very good in providing what equipment and help they can, but as you can understand i need to give whatever ican to help my parents
    Thankyou in advance
