Some of you may know one of our first year cohort, Claire Castanheira, is will not be returning to university after Easter as her son, Theo, has been admitted to hospital with leukaemia, where he will be having chemotherapy and awaiting a stem cell transplant. Claire has asked us to encourage all those not on the the bone marrow register join if they are willing to do so, increasing his and others chances of a timely transplant.

Myself and some of Claire's other friends would like to buy Theo some lego and perhaps a little treat for Claire and Rich if we have the funds, so if you'd like to contribute to this we would greatly appreciate it, I will add all the names to a card too to let them know we are thinking of them.
