Help me in trying to raise funds towards Lipoedema surgery!!

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Lipoedema,a painful genetic condition,where with hormonal changes diseased fat cells,mostly in the limbs continue to grow out of proportion to the rest of the body,this compromises the lymphatic system and leads to joint problems,due to the excessive weight carried.

Lipoedema is in no way related to obesity or over eating and will not respond to diet or exercise.

Lipoedema is extremely painful to touch and greatly limits my quality of life.Sadly our nhs will not fund the surgery needed,they will only ease the symptoms.So I am going to have to fund the £22,000 surgery myself!

In November 2016 I had the first of my four needed surgeries and the results have been incredible! My surgeon removed 6ltrs of diseased Lipoedema fat and already my pain levels,mobilty and quality of life have improved!!

My next surgery is on 24th March,and through ongoing fundraising and support i have raised the funds needed for this surgery... however,I still need to raise another £11,000 for the next two needed ops,so...

I am on 17th June 2017,going to abseil 100m down Portsmouth's Spinnaker tower!!!!

This will take a lot of guts,i am petrified of heights!!!
