What’s in a bag?

For many children in care, the experience of moving to a new home can be pretty tough. Having a bag where they can keep their belongings is really important to these young people. Social workers will always do their best to provide a suitable bag for the children they work with but this isn’t always possible.

At Guidant Group, we believe that no child in care should have to feel that way. So we’re working with local councils to provide brand new bags to those children who really need them. Just £8 can buy a new bag that a child can call their own, making the experience of moving to a new home that little bit easier.

Our aim is to provide 20 bags to the majority of local authorities we work with. You can either donate towards the cost of a £8 bag, donate the whole £8 or donate a brand new bag to one of our offices.
