    Story

We are a small group of volunteers who have been given permission by Monmouthshire County Council to reopen this chapel, after it being mothballed, and used for storage, for 25 years. We have cleaned it up and started work on it. It is now open daily, for visitors to the cemetery to have some shelter, a quiet moment of peace or to light a candle in memory of a loved one. We also hold services there at times like Easter, Remembrance and Christmas. It can also be booked for funerals. It has been renamed as The Chapel of Peace and is non-denominational.
