Story
Every child working together to run a complete marathon!
On Monday 19th June we are running a 'marathon' together as a school. The fundraiser is to support children at Mount Carmel that may have a barrier to learning and need additional support. They may need an intervention that we do not offer yet due to funding or they may need to see an educational psychologist (the waiting list of which is 18-36months for NHS time at Mount Carmel which is just too long to wait.)
Every child has a set allocated distance and we would like you, your family and your friends to sponsor your child for making such a fantastic contribution towards our marathon goal. Please do join us on the day to celebrate their success!

7 years agoA reminder that it is set to be very warm on Monday. I have borrowed a few gazebos to ensure we have some shade. Please do make sure your child comes to school with a water bottle, a sun hat and suncream already applied. I will also set up a water station for water refills. Mrs A

7 years agoThank you to Mrs Girdham (and friends) who are organising a cake sale on the day. Please drop off any cake donations at the school gate Monday morning (or just bring along with you to the field.) I cannot thank the children and parents at Mount Carmel enough for being so dedicated and excited about such an amazing cause. Thank you and see you on Monday!
