On 16th September we're running the Kew Gardens 10k - this will be the furthest that most of us have ever run before!

We're raising money for a wonderful charity that has helped support our friend Brenda over the last few years - www.mdspatientsupport.org.uk

Thank you to everyone who's donated so far! We're extremely grateful for all of your support. With three weeks to go until the big day training is going well. We all got together recently to try out our beautiful red MDS t-shirts so will be easy to spot! If you fancy coming to support on the day then it would be lovely to see you there. Kew Gardens is open to spectators from 7-8.45am and I'll know our start time a bit nearer to the date. Many thanks again for all of the support so far! Love Georgie, Henry, Will, Charlie and Ceel
