On 2nd July 2017 we are holding a sponsorded training session to raise funds to buy electronic equipment for our club. We will challange ourselves to five excercises and see how much reps or how long we can last during one minute. We will be skipping, doing sit ups, balance on one foot with bean bag on the other, reverse plank, front kicks and more kicking. We are practising the drills until the day.

Electronic equipment will help the club train better for competitions where electronic system is now a standard.

All of us will be doing these excercises.
