Sophie and Cecilia will be running, climbing, hop, skip and jumping to raise money for cancer awareness and research. Aiming to conquer 3 runs, a 3-legged race, and 3 peaks in 3 months (+ a half tough mudder), they will be raising money for causes that are close to our hearts.

Your donations will be split between these three great charities. Any donation, big or small, will be hugely appreciated.

- Muddy Run - 5K 15/10/16
- Trick Or Treat Halloween Run - 5K 30/10/16
- Santa Run - 4/12/16 (10K yes, dressed as Santas)

- 3-Legged Park Run 5K (eek!)

- Welsh 3-Peaks Challenge: Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) in the North, Cadair Idris in mid-Wales, and Pen y Fan in the South, covering 17 miles (27.4km) and an ascent of around 1500 metres (4920ft) in 24 hours.
