Martin & Melissa got married last xmas and decided to have a belated honeymoon in Mexico. Shortly after arriving Melissa fell ill and was moved to intensive care. Melissa was diagnosed with IPT - Idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura, a condition that can be very serious and she is unable to fly home, with no sign of this changing. Her husband and my best mate, Martin is of course by her side.They have got insurance which is paying for the medical care (at the moment) however it isn't covering all the costs of Martin supporting her plus it looks like that Martin will need to take unpaid leave to stay by her bedside in the long term. This worry is the least they both need at the moment so if your able to support Martin Melissa by making a small donation to their cause I know they would be eternally greatful.
