Maypole Fc is based in Yardley wood, we have been providing Grassroots football for 42 years.
We are a non-profit club and all our Coaches, Managers and Committee Members are all voluntary, Every penny that the club generates goes back into the club and no-one profits from our organisation.
In recent years pitch fees have doubled making the work we do extremely difficult with finances already being tight, we have lots of costs to keep the club running, including League affiliation Fees, pitch Fees, pitch maintenance, water rates, electric, insurance the list is endless. However we manage to run our club with only the subscriptions from the children playing.
We provide football for over 200 children and our army of volunteers work hard within their teams to create a happy safe environment for all the children to play football.
We are raisings funds to help replace the gates mindless yobs vandalised to the point of no repair, just so they could drive their Jeep in our carparks and across our pitches.....Words Fail me !
