I am running the Manchester 10k on Sunday 28th May 2017 to help Makin Dixon Solicitors raise money to give to Women's Refuge's in Yorkshire.

These women fleeing Domestic Violence often in the worst circumstances, having endured lengthy abuse and have found the strength to escape.

Women and children flee their homes often with nothing but the clothes they're wearing and have to rebuild their lives from scratch.

Help me to help Makin Dixon support these women and children in the most difficult time of their lives!
