Story
I have a wonderful friend who has a hard working partner and 2 young children at home. They are a lovely family who struggle to make ends meet. They are just over the threshold to receive any benefits, which unfortunately means charities cannot help either!
She's frantically worried how she is going to pay for a new oven, they cannot afford to take on any credit so I am looking to help them!
I'm looking to raise £400 which would replace her oven like for like, but also cover a gas engineer to remove and recycle the old one, then fit the new oven.

8 years agoThank you to everyone who has helped, we've smashed this!!!! Thanks to all the Christmas angels a huge weight has been lifted from a family in their real time of need! Within 2 weeks they will have a new oven! I've spoke to the recipient and she hasn't stopped crying and is amazed by the kindness of all the wonderful people who have donated and shared to help get there. Thank you all from myself too!
