Story
Jake injured his knee after playing for Nottingham Moderns in an accident after a cup semi final against local rivals Nottingham Casuals.
This has led to Jake having major knee reconstruction surgery since. He will now be unable to work post surgery for a period of time during his recovery.
Jake became a key player in the Moderns squad since joining the club earlier in the year scoring vital points and putting in impressive performances after a previous lay off from injury. We are now unsure whether Jake will be able to play a rugby match again.
As a club we want to support Jake in this difficult time in any way that we can. Please donate what you can afford to help Jake through this difficult time.
Thank you
