Story
Oakley injured his back jumping through a cat flap and is now unable to walk. We have been told that his only chance at regaining full use of his back legs and to be free from pain is Spinal Surgery. However this isn't cheap, as you can imagine. He is only 5 years old so could still have 10 years or more should the surgery work. We are just asking for donations, no matter how small to help pay for this life saving surgery. Without it he would have to be euthanized.
Please help us if you can and please share to spread the word as far as possible.

8 years agoPoor little chap is on strict bed rest in between his rehab sessions. He is managing to walk a little steadier now but his legs are still giving way on a regular basis. Apparently it's going to take several months before he is back to his regular self. He is in good spirits though and hasn't even noticed the pain killers that I am hiding in a ball of wet food three times a day (I've learnt to be sneaky!) The trickiest thing these days seems to be keeping him calm when all he wants to do is get excited at everything.
