Hello, my name is Olivia, and I am 8 years old, I might look normal on the outside but inside my brain doesn't work as well as others, I have a condition called Spatial Deficit (SPD) and Auditory Procesisng Disorder (APD) some people think it's because I can't hear properly but it's actually my brain that doesn't receive the sounds properly which means I don't understand speech in noisy situations like the classroom which makes my head feel really fuzzy and makes me not be able to follow the teachers instructions. It also makes me very anxious and sad. I need a FM System so that the teachers voice or whoever is speaking to me will go straight to my hearing aid so I will be able to be hear her like the rest of my class. These are very expensive £1800+ and Mummy and Daddy need some help if possible to buy it for me. I also need to have a therapy session for 10 weeks to try and help train my brain, I have to do it every day for 15 minutes and this costs £200.

*Edit Olivia also suffers with a slight hearing loss and wears a hearing aid for this, she also suffers with anxiety and low confidence so we are hoping if we manage to get her the FM Sytem it will help with her anxiety and confidence as she will feel like the rest of her peers.
