On the 17th February 2017 Olivia Rose came into the world. Born at just 24 weeks and 5 days, she has a long fight ahead of her. Olivia is in the NICU in University College Hospital in London. In her short 3 weeks of life in the world she has proved to be a little fighter but has been faced with many difficulties. She has been sedated to give her body a chance to rest while the antibiotics and steroids that she is on have a chance to help her.

Her parents, Tasha and Adam want to be with her as much as they can but that is proving a little more difficult as they don't want to be away from their other children. Accomodation is around £200 a night in that area and travel is nearly £100 per visit.

So many people have asked how they can help and although Olivia's parents are embarrassed to ask for help in this way, the last thing they want or need to be worrying about is not having the funds to stay or travel to and from London to be there for Olivia. It could be weeks, it could be months, they just don't know.

All funds left over when Olivia is discharged will be donated to the NICU at University College Hospital to help the amazing staff and equipment save other babies lives.
