In memory of Graham "Ozzy" Jones .
Adorable Brother,Uncle, and friend who sadly passed away on Sunday 29th January 2017 . He was very special to all that knew him and his passing has left a huge gap in the lives of everyone who loved him.
As a family we have decided on family flowers only for his funeral but would appreciate any donations big or small to raise money for a memorial garden bench in his name at his supported living accommodation (Dimensions Cardiff) as he loved sitting outside with his friends and carers. Any leftover donations will help go towards a fun day out e.g. a trip to the seaside for Graham's two friends who still live at the accommodation and will, as the rest of us miss him dearly.
All donations will be put to a better way of memory rather than flowers that fade but a memorial bench will stay for people to remember him .
