Phillips eldest Daughter was born in September 2012.. since the birth of his Daughter Hope he has been in a non stop battle just to be in his children's life's.. in 2014 his middle child Tiannah was conceived and in 2016 hi youngest Harper was born.. his ex partner has constantly tried to make his life a misery by USING the children to cause him heart ache and pain.. ultimately causing damage to the children that may be beyond repair. She constantly interferes with his family life which is a breach of his and his children's human rights. Phillip has already had 2 contact orders breached over the past 2 years and has gin several periods of time without contact with his Daughters.
He is now in court a third time and very drained.. very tired is fighting again to have his and his kids basic human rights to a private family life. He has to go litigant inself as he cannot afford the representation due to running a non profit organisation and only surviving on his working tax credits of £53.00 per week. Even though Phillip has confirmation in print from Womans aid men's dept Doncaster that he is in fact a victim of Domestic abuse and an abuse tactic called "Gaslighting"
The letter clearly states that Phillip attended a course as advised by his Caffcass officer.. it was a Domestic Violence perpertrators course as his ex alleges he beat her.. after 2 sessions at the course they referred him as a victim of Domestic Abuse to Womand aid.. Phillip went as he was instructed.. answered the questions and the service informed him that he was indeed a victim.. not a perpertrator.
A letter was written out, headed with the Womand aid logo and it stated that his ex is now manipulating the court system to further the abuse to Mr Hartley. The letter has proven worthless.. The Judge simply said anyone could have written this.. Phillip was mortified.
They are silencing him in the court and without legal aid or funding this case will be prolonged and prolonged. Please.. help them..
