Late last year my cycling buddy Steve white and wife Katheryn went to Belfast to celebrate their anniversary. It was to be a trip which has changed their lives significantly

During this trip, despite being very fit, Ste suffered several totally unexpected seizures, leading to a collapsed lung and an emergency rush to hospital.

He learned later that the cause of this was a very aggressive brain tumour which was diagnosed as Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM).

The median survival rate is between 6 to 18 months from initial diagnosis of GBM. Various “Non NHS” treatment options have been researched and immunotherapy in particular is giving us all real hope for Ste’s survival

Steve has been a passionate supporter of the Steve Prescott foundation and has raised thousands of pounds to fund invaluable research into cancer and finding a cure.

Steve now desperately needs the support of others to help fund this life saving treatment for his own battle with this terrible disease.

In June, myself, Andy Connor, Steve Gavin and a group of friends with be cycling from lands end to John o'groats to raise to raise vital funds which could save his life. Any support will be greatly appreciated and go towards paying for the vital treatment needed for Steve. Thanks very much . Pauli
