This started as a project to buy all of the children, mums and dads at a local refuge near my home Christmas presents this year.

What started as a small project has now grown to a full scale operation.

By chance I came across another charity called Dereks Tree (https://www.facebook.com/burtontree/?pnref=story) on Saturday 19 November 2016. I saw hundreds of tags hanging from a Christmas Tree, these tags detailed a name, age and what they wanted. So, I picked two and went and purchased some presents.

I got talking to the manager and it turned out that they worked with the refuge in question, and they could supply me with the tags for the people in that specific refuge. This meant I could get the kids EXACTLY what they want!!!

So, with a lot of help from my friends, I have been introduced to some people who I will call our Christmas Angels, who have agreed to help fund raise. I have raised the target and we are utterly determined to buy everything for the people in this refuge!

The time of the funding will end on the 18 December 2016, however; we need to buy presents now, so this is what I am going to do...

Every weekend I will go to the tree, Dereks staff are saving the specific tags for me. I will go to Toys R Us and other stores and collect the toys and gifts. I will buy these from my own money, and replace it after the fundraising is complete.

I will video log all purchases and handovers, and I will do my very best to ensure that every person who donates knows which child they bought for and what they bought.

Imagine being child who has been removed from home and is now in a self contained flat in a different location. Will Santa find them? Imagine being the parent, wondering how you're going to get through this... Well, with your help Santa can exist, and that child will have EXACTLY what they want, from you!

Remember... it's not their fault.
