As a secondary school you would think we are over flowing with money, but as with most things belts need to be tightened and as such some activities in school have little or no capital to make a difference to those who work best with seeing something beautiful and capturing that moment in time forever.
I see students grow from snap shot to top shot moving forward to produce photographs which display all the key skills of understanding this amazing art.
I am passionate that students continue to learn this amazing subject with equipment suitable for the job, we are not looking to purchase new or all singing and dancing cameras just simple kit where students need to learn the fundementals of photography.
WHO AM I? Just member of support staff, I give advise about photography and help out when I'm asked to often by the students. I sometimes give demonstrations on technique which I enjoy so much, to then see students try and learn from getting it wrong fills me with pride especially when I see a photograph a student produces which makes my heart miss a beat.
