I'm running the Brighton Vitality Half-Marathon on the 26th February, 2017, and you should give some money to a fantastic cause set up in memory of my incredible sister, Beth Freeman. It won't only make you feel good, but will help underprivileged kids, and that's really important.

This charitable fund provides much needed economic support to both children and clubs who struggle with equipment or funding. Beth's passion was always in sport, not necessarily in winning or losing, but in the taking part. She spent her spare time coaching or helping at her school or at one of the many sports clubs she was a part of.

Any amount you could donate would be incredible, and I know that Beth would appreciate it more than anything.
