THE COMMUNITY FOOTBALL PROJECT

COMMUNITY ACCESSIBLE FOOTBALL SESSIONS FOR 4-11 YEAR OLDS

These fun, fully inclusive, educational football sessions have the aim of enhancing natural development through a holistic coaching approach to improve confidence and self esteem as well as skill and technique.

All sessions are delivered by FA qualified coaches who are CRB checked and hold certificates in Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children. Sessions are fully inclusive and are open to boys and girls of all abilities. We have themed weeks which run on a six week rotation. Themes are as follows:-
Week 1 - dribbling
Week 2 - passing
Week 3 - attacking play
Week 4 - defensive play
Week 5 - positional play/goalkeeping
Week 6 - match day

Sessions run at Prospect Park Astroturf, Liebenrood Road, Reading on Saturday Mornings
10.00am – 11.30am
£3 per participant per session

Since 2008 we have been running a community football sessions every Saturday to help and develop young people's interest in football. Now is the time we really need help to purchase new equipment so the kids can keep on benefiting from this each week. Without enough decent equipment their sessions are impacted by not having enough to go round everyone. So please support us however you can.
