Story

I can't believe nearly a year has gone by since I lost my Ralph, not a day goes by that i don't think about him x
So much has changed for me but with so much love from family and friends I am making it through ❤
In honour of Randolph Lovell, I am doing a 3000m Open Water swim- The Fix Splash in Stoke Newington on Sunday 16th July, where he lived with his parents.
I would REALLY appreciate any donation you could make, no matter how small to go to STAGES, a local mental health charity in memory of my Ralphie please ❤ Thank you and love to you all xx

Ok this is now feeling real- what have i done??? I am off down to London tomorrow for a horrifically early start on Sunday to start swimming at 07.45! I have been practising away and feeling i can do this so here goes x Thanks for all the love and support that has got me through, This one's for you Randy Love x❤
