Next year I will be running the 10K for Rescue Kitties Manchester. This will be my third time and I couldn't think of a better charity to support. This is the charity that I microchip for on a monthly basis and get to meet all the animals they help.

Rescue Kitties Manchester is a small charity based in Levenshulme and surrounding areas. Dawn and her team of fantastic foster carers take in abandoned cats and kittens from alleyways, kittens dumped in bins, babies born in people's gardens by stray mums, cats found on roofs - the list is endless. Dawn and her team foster them in their own homes and provide them with medical care, food, shelter and socialisation so they can be adopted when old enough.

They run solely on donations and don't receive any funding whatsoever. Donations go towards vaccinations, funding microchips, any medical needs which a lot of cats need due to living on the streets for the first few weeks of their life, litter, and food.
