Liverpool Transplant F.C are the first of its kind in the U.K . Leading the way as a inspiring example for patients that anything is possible.

The team consists of players aged 17-54 years old who have received life saving Kidney, Liver, Pancreas or Heart transplants.

This season they have been playing in the Merseyside Ability Counts League in preparation for the soon to be formed English National Transplant League and have competed magnificently.

It is with great pride that the team have been asked to represent organ donation in the George Best Memorial Cup in Belfast in June 2017 alongside 75 other teams.

Were asking for the support of friends, family and strangers to give as little or as much as they can to help make this dream happen and make memories of a lifetime for the players that once thought there was no hope.

The liverpool Transplant team are ambassadors for organ donation and the rewards to life it gives and the hope it breeds to dialysis patients and transplant patients alike that anything is possible.
