Salisbury Women FC is a new club, setup with the help of Salisbury FC. Although we are part of the main club in name, we currently have no funding or sponsorship from the main club and we really need training equipment in order to give the girls and ladies that are joining the club, the best possible start when we join the league next season, 2017/18

The women's game is growing steadily in this country and with the formation of this new club, more young girls and ladies will get the opportunity to play football in Salisbury. The club has a long term plan to create a youth/development setup for the younger girls of the community to join and play more football also, but with no equipment now, for the current ladies to train with, that plan is going to take longer and be harder to implement.

As manager of the side, my main objective will be getting results in the league, gaining promotions, picking up a trophy or 2 along the way and making sure the development of the players is the best it can be. But I am also committed to making the club a success off the pitch and ensuring there is a long term commitment to girls and ladies football in Salisbury.
