Story
Samaras Aid is a self-funded appeal operating under the auspices of Feed the Hungry, registered charity in England and Wales (1112955).
The charity send essential relief items to Syria, such as clothing, bedding and medical equipment. The charity relies on one mum (Samara) and 100% voluntary community participation including churches (such as Christ Church), schools and businesses.
During her time there Samara and the volunteers have become increasing aware of the need for emergency medical care. Many people are dying through injuries that could of been treated. Converted shipping containers are an amazing cheap way of providing operating rooms, clinics and intensive care units, particularly in war zones like Syria. Samaras Aid already have an experienced medical team out there but now they need the funding required to convert these shipping containers.
Any donations, however small, could make a big difference to getting this programme up and running.
