I've decided to do dry January and it seems it's a fund raising kind of event so I thought I'd put it to a good cause.

University hospital of Wales is a busy place and patients with cognitive impairment often find the environment stressful.

All funds raised will be spent on games and equipment that staff can access to use with the patients with cognitive impairment such as dementia.

The equipment and games will be kept in a box in the assessment unit for immediate access.
