Story
Rasing awareness and raising funds to help the homeless in our local towns of Somerset. Please help buy blankets, toiletries and other much needed essentials for those less fortunate.
I will be doing a sponsored sleep out next Friday 9th December from 8pm to 8am to raise awareness. I will have only the clothes I am in and a sleeping bag. I will be staying in the garden and monitored by family and friends overnignt at a distance. The aim is not to stimulate homlessness but raise awareness of it especially in the colder months and around this time of year.
Nominated charity is Somewheretogo in weston super mare. They offer somewhere warm to go, legal and housing advice, meals and somewhere to shower. Please take a look at their website somewheretogo.org.uk
