We are raising money for fordham scouts and explorers to go on an Iceland expedition. The expedition will be a once in a lifetime trip. During the 7 day expedition we will be hiking around the beautiful landscape Iceland has to offer, learning all about Iceland's volcanic structure and what effect it has on the land, exploring the glacier, whale watching and much more. Also we will be volunteering at a national park help them with they conservation efforts.
The expedition will consist of scouts and explorers who of which are age between 10-18 years and will be leaded and a group of volunteer adults leader.
The trip is costing about £700 each which is a lot of money. We have started fundraising for the trip to try and make it more affordable.
We have been collecting unwanted clothes, we have some quiz night that we are running in local villagers, bag packing, carboots and a sponsored hike.
