Story
Parents and coaches are running the Manchester 10k to raise much needed funds. Most of the team have been together since they where four years old. They continue to develop not just as rugby players but as friends and people. We need to continually fund for kit, equipment and fees.

7 years agoWe are all now in Elite training mode Steve Frost has bought some new trainers, Jamie has been looking at train times into Manchester, Anghared is looking for a Welsh dragon costume, Nicole is down to a bottle of Prosecco a week and im looking for slow energy release pies!!
