January .... a new month, a new you. So we as a team within our work we are all giving up something, something that is our vice, something that we will definitely miss having. We as a team will support each other in our challenge for the month. We want to do this so we can raise funds, and give to charities that are close to us all.

As of the 3rd January till the 31st of January we will be going without the following:-
Lee, Natasha and Kelly - we give up crisps and chocolate
Pauline - gives up crisps
Parnjeet- gives up sweets crisps chocolate
Jennifer - gives up crisps and biscuits
Shirley & Alex - give up chocolate
John - gives up energy drinks and bacon
Scott - gives up fizzy drinks
Margaret - gives up shortbread
Margaret - gives up alcohol
Megan - gives up alcohol and cigarettes.

We know January isn't an easy month for people especially trying to get back on your feet after Christmas. But we would appreciate any donations as we are wishing to split the proceeds between 4 charities.
